Mirembe Kindergarten & Primary School
This is Marisa Wasoti, the school Director in one of the classrooms at Mirembe.
Mirembe is located in Kiganda situated in the slum area called Acholi Quarters. Many of the students are children of Police Officers. Police receive very low wages in Uganda and they are housed in the slum area. Marisa is the director of the Mirembe School and she has enrolled 500 children this year!
Sponsors are needed for the 2024 School Year:
$100 pays for school fees for an entire year, buys a new Uniform, shoes, socks, & rain boots. ALL of the money goes into the child's school account. Christ Sanctuary International is a registered non profit organization so a tax receipt will be given at the end of the year for each sponsorship.
